NEW OER Project Starts September 2010
SCOOTER - Sickle Cell Open, Online Topics and Educational Resources is a new OER project funded by HEFCE and part of the JISC/HEA OER Programme. SCOOTER is releasing materials on the subjects of sickle cell and thalassaemia, not just for life sciences but for social science, arts, humanities, law and politics. SCOOTER is a cross-faculty project at De Montfort University, and is providing much needed educational resources to meet the needs of thalassaemia and sickle cell anaemia communities.
